M.TECH in Nuclear Science & Technology

Department of Physics & Astrophysics, University of Delhi, has announced the launch of a new exciting 3 Year Course:

M.TECH IN NUCLEAR SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY
from the academic year 2008

  1. A Candidate seeking admission to this course must qualify the Join Admission test to M.Sc. (JAM)-2008 for admisison to M.Sc. and other post-B.Sc. Programmes conducted by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs):http://www.iitk.ac.in/jam/
  2. Minimum educational qualifications for the course is same as in JAM-2008: Bachelor's degree with Physics as a subject for at least two years/ four semesters and Mathematics for at least one year/ two semesters. (60% aggregate marks for General Category & 55% for all reserved categories).
  3. Final selection will be done on the basis of an Interview.
  4. Candidates selected for this course will be provided a scholarship of Rs. 3000/- p.m. and are likely to be sent to reputed Universities/ Institutes in France & USA for dissertation/ course work.
